The programme was launched in February 2026 as part of the Stronger Together: Media and Democracy Project in partnership with WAN-IFRA and the Norwegian Media Businesses’ Association (MBL), with support from Norway.
It brings together four Ukrainian and four Norwegian newsrooms for a structured exchange of experience. The programme includes study visits and collaborative work throughout the year. While part of the programme is structured, a significant portion is shaped independently by the newsrooms through direct dialogue, practical tasks, and knowledge sharing.
